Natalie Szykowny, Psy.D.
Dr. Szykowny (she/her/hers) is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY32863) who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and mindfulness-based approaches to depression, anxiety, interpersonal problems and eating concerns.
Dr. Szykowny graduated cum laude from Williams College in Massachusetts with a BA in English and Psychology and received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. She completed her clinical internship at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia where her training focused on evidence-based treatment of depression, trauma, and insomnia. She then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University’s School of Medicine specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and evidence-based treatment of mood, anxiety, and eating disorders. Dr. Szykowny is passionate about helping clients build full, satisfying lives and values warmth and humor in the delivery of gold standard clinical interventions.
In addition to her work at Pacific Anxiety Group, Dr. Szykowny is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University.
